Beef cube with black pepper and potato - Beef cube were tender and juicy while potato were chewy. They were fried till flavourful, with strong black pepper taste.
Mixed seafood noodles in soup laksa - Laksa soup was separated from the noodle and ingredients so it will not become soggy. The chef was generous with the serving of ingredients, with prawn, mussel, fishcake, tofu, egg and sliced pork etc in it. Noodle was chewy while those seafood were chewy and juicy. Laksa soup was thick in texture, flavourful and slightly spicy.
Belgian chocolate mousse cake - It was sweet and thick in texture, with strong cocoa taste.
