But after reading their post yesterday, I trust that I should write something as a show of support during this unprecedent time 💕 They are a tea café that sources quality tea 🍃 from farms that they trust and turns them into something delicious. They are a tea café that sources quality tea 🍃 from farms that they trust and turns them into something delicious. Honestly, I am no tea person but they have the magic to let you love the tea. Their milk base 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗺𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗧𝗲𝗮 is my favourite as they know best in the mix and match between teas and milks. Their scones are my top 3️⃣ picks🏆 in HK. The texture is perfect, little crunchy on the edge with a fluffy and moist body. You don’t actually need jam here since the flavour is always enough. Not the strong type of flavour but the mild but lasting ones. 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 and 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗴 are my recent favourites. Their scones do a rotation basis so try your luck!
More importantly, they curate a zen space🧘🏽 for the always rushing HKers. A cup of tea, a duo of scones and some sunlight, it’s a perfect afternoon to reclaim your soul. But sadly, outdoor seating is banned by the government despite the shop’s effort 😔 I mean what harm could it do for some tables and chairs in the public space owned by the public… Perhaps all we could do is to visit the shop more frequent as a way to support their belief and quality offering. Actually not only teakha, but all the small shops trying to make HK a better place✊🏼
