When I was doing my shopping half-way through, I came to Mody Road and saw this N1 cafe was on my left hand side which I thought I shall let my foot rest for a while. This is a little coffee shop with around 20 seats as I could see. When you walk in, there is a quite narrow corridor before you get into the main body. There are several small tables on the right side of the corridor and you may not sit comfortable in such a narrow space. I would value myself as a super-fan of coffee, and the first
I would value myself as a super-fan of coffee, and the first thing I always do is to order a cup of hot coffee when I am at any restaurants. This is an "order-to-make" cappuccino with a heart-shaped milk foam on top which looks pretty much gorgeous that is worth taking some photos before enjoying it. The coffee smells quite good with light coffee smell and is easy to drink without any bitter flavour, yet it could be a bit stronger in flavour in my opinion. However, it is not hot enough which I think they either did not use hot milk to make it cool down or did spend too much time making the heart shape.
I am not a person obsessed with the sweeties, while I still need to fill my stomach in this afternoon. I ordered a piece of carrot cake which I think it does not look like what I expected to be in terms of colour and taste. With the dry crunchy biscuit encircled by some light cream, it is not too sweet in taste that is perfect for me.
