Pan Fried Fish - the Amadai fish skin was deep fried, and you can see the texture is really crunchy and the sauce is a dense cow bone soup, which give it a very special taste.
Hiroshima Oysters - big oyster with dried Sakura shrimp and the it come with a citron jelly sauce.
Kobe Black Pork roll - pork belly rolled with kimchi. Its spicy juicy and can eat with the smash apple at the side.
Thick cut Japanese A4 Wagyu beef - the Wagyu is so soft and can melt in your mouth.
Bacon Sakura Shrimp Fried Rice - the fried rice is dried, just rite and a big fried egg at the top.
Japanese Milk pudding with sugared fried banana - the pudding is not too sweet and the banana is just perfect.
