My friend tried their lunch and said it was great so I had to go and try myself despite my negative experience at their sky lounge at Sheraton.First, there was enough air-conditioning. Moreover, the service was really good. They kindly introduced the menu and explained how the order will be served and when we can start to order extra. They also refilled our sake and juices quite promptly throughout the meal.The lamb chop and foie gras was the only 2 items that weren't unlimited and they are real
First, there was enough air-conditioning. Moreover, the service was really good. They kindly introduced the menu and explained how the order will be served and when we can start to order extra. They also refilled our sake and juices quite promptly throughout the meal.
The lamb chop and foie gras was the only 2 items that weren't unlimited and they are really good especially the foie gras. It wasn't too oily and actually the bread was not even necessary.
For the other items, the beef was the best to my mind. They will ask us how we like it and 2 out of the 3 times they are able to keep it at medium rare. Even the 1 time they made it medium it was still tender. The other items were delicious as well. I basically ate 2 rounds of each food item(except the rice and vegetables) and 3 rounds of beef.
The meal concluded with the miso soup and a lovely green tea ice-cream. When paying the bill, they also kindly reminded me to use HSBC or HangSeng Credit Card for discount(which many restaurants don't do).
