We ordered a new year’s eve dinner to be delivered to our flat and somehow it was delivered to adifferent address. The delivery person even argued with me stating he had the correct address but this was not true. After about an hour and a half we found it left unattendance in a lobby at a different building, it goes without saying the food was already cold. The duck was terrible, we ordered two and prettymuch everybody at the dinner table left it untouched. The mashed potatoes tastedand felt lik

much everybody at the dinner table left it untouched. The mashed potatoes tasted
and felt like instant instead real potatoes. The gravy was disgusting. Only the
roasted potatoes were eatable, if even. We also ordered two chickens and that
was just OK but it saved the evening giving the circumstances.
I received an email a couple
of days ago from La Rotisserie catering asking me for my comments on the food:

I did reply and explained what happened and to this day I have not received any comments back
from them.
I am disappointed because I trusted them with my new year’s eve dinner and did
not get the service nor the product I thought I was buying and on top of that, not
even a reply to my email which is the main reason I am making a public comment
here.
