Manager is terrible giving bad image to Jollibee! Why frown when jollibee’s motto is “happiness” where is the joy in serving customers? I asked for a larger container for gravy as it was inconvenient to keep coming back for refill since the container is very small for 2 pc chicken and forcing me to pay 2 dollars for extra gravy! So i was wondering why she would say “ you can refill” but will cost me more for a bigger gravy 😥 Spaghetti was overcooked, the pasta noodle was soggy!I dont think ill g

I dont think ill go back to this branch again.

I also bought take out for family bucket. With yum burger & 3 champ, the burger patty is an inch smaller than bun as the bun is too large. Sauce was too little making the burger dry. I give it a 2/10.

I also overheard the staff in the kitchen saying “no chicken, need to wait” so i guess they’re ill prepared for dinner service.

They even ran out of gravy! Needed to wait for 10mins for them to heat it.

Goodluck if you eat there.
