Terrible, never returning

Came here for lunch with a friend, at the entrance the attitude was already a red flag. Many table choices available but the server insisted on us sitting in a very cramped corner spot. Once seated, no menus until we asked twice. We ordered, and then the server went to VERY LOUDLY clear tables and throw things into a bin (bad ambiance). Once seated, no menus until we asked twice. We ordered, and then the server went to VERY LOUDLY clear tables and throw things into a bin (bad ambiance). We watched as he (didn’t wash his hands after handling dirty dishes and soiled napkins) went to the kirchen window and bring our drinks over to us , his hands CUPPED OVER THE RIMS. so dirty, and unhygienic, my friend was immediately put off, and didn’t want his drink. The food arrived, and it was terrible. I asked for no green onions, and it was stated on the receipt, but there they were. My pad thai had very mushy decayed prawns (frozen ones probably left out too long) and the bean curd bits were soured. My friend’s food also was bland and tasteless. Never returning, the food and service were just terrible
