I went to Megabox to watch the hockey tournament. Decided to go for vietnamese. There were three guys (including me). Myself and my friend arrived first at 11:55am.a) restaurant wasn't open till 12pm so we waited.b) my other friend was coming in 10-15 minutes (on the shuttle bus coming from Kowloon Bay MTR)c) as soon as the restaurant opened, the staff asked me how many people?d) I said 3 of us.e) She said that we would have to take a ticket and wait (EVEN THOUGH THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY AND WE

e) She said that we would have to take a ticket and wait (EVEN THOUGH THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY AND WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN LINE) because we were not "complete"
Disgusted, we left the restaurant. In this day of competition, I will gladly take my business to some place else and NEVER come back to this restaurant.
I understand if they cant seat you until everyone arrives if it is prime time...but the restaurant was empty...and we were the only ones there....
