I received the special offer email last week for a 3 course lobster dinner offer, so I booked immediately and mentioned we will be ordering the special set as shown on email.But nightmare started right from we arrived.We were offered with regular menu and seems nobody knows we are ordering the special set, after 5 mins look through the menu I ask one of your staff that we would like to order the 3 course lobster set but he immediately told us we need to print out the webpage to enjoy the offer,

We were offered with regular menu and seems nobody knows we are ordering the special set, after 5 mins look through the menu I ask one of your staff that we would like to order the 3 course lobster set but he immediately told us we need to print out the webpage to enjoy the offer, then I told him I was never told I need to have that printed out, then he asked me whether I'm a Regal Hotel member and with the card with me OR we are a member of Hong Kong Bar Association, I told him I don't have the membership card and I'm not a member of HKBA, but your hotel sent me that email, then he said if we don't have that we are not entitle to enjoy that offer, maybe our membership expired but still receiving such email, what kind of BS is that?! If we are not entitle to enjoy such offer why on earth I'm receiving such email?! That was completely embarrassing, all the other customer were looking at us.
You know what the best part was? He just walk away from our table without saying a word, what kind of service was that for a 5 stars hotel restaurant?!
We were so pissed but we still don't want to ruin the night so we ask the captain again that I received that email, can we order the set? He said yes they can do that but again he walk away without saying another word, what the hack was that and we seems being looking down because we were trying to order a special offer set, are they being trained like that? Whenever a customer order a special offer set they act like that?! We both think that because we are a regular customer of Zeffirino but this is the first time we order special set and we were treated as we beg for discount, we were so mad but we love the food so again, we call the captain to take order.
But our mood were completely ruin, even the food were excellent but we don't think we will visit again, with this kind of service while customer order special then why offer such discount set?
Even at the end we were being looked down when I asked for the bill to the other captain, we sit there for 20 mins but the bill never came!!!!!! Then we found he was talking to the other customer and FORGOT our bill!!!!
We will not go to this restaurant again.
