Went there for family dinner tonight. Okay, I understand this is a Sunday night. But there are Sundays every single week and this isn't a public holiday or anything - there really is no excuse for service like this.We ordered an Alaskan crab paired with baked crab rice and everything else came except for the rice. We asked them about it for at least five times, including one of which we specified we'd like to speak to the manager. The manager only showed up after we asked for her the second time
We ordered an Alaskan crab paired with baked crab rice and everything else came except for the rice. We asked them about it for at least five times, including one of which we specified we'd like to speak to the manager. The manager only showed up after we asked for her the second time and even then her answer was just keep waiting - she didn't know how long it will take either. One staff actually said we should just cancel the order after 45 minutes of waiting because the kitchen cannot cope with the workload. This is simply not acceptable. All in all we waited for one hour (after finish eating all the other food in one hour). Not coming back for sure
