Terrible service

Service attitude isn’t great. I placed a delivery platform order while in shop just to use my credit and the staff told me to wait a bit. Which I did and I sat outside. After more than 30 min and having served quite a few people who came in after me my food was still not ready, which I found quite ridiculous as I was there waiting . After being asked they simply said they had an in person priority policy , which I understood but even on my delivery platform it said 10 min pick up time and they k
