Beef Loin
With no disappointment, the beef loin was cooked to perfection, topped with some fried garlic flakes, sitting on a bed of creamy potato puree.
We found the restaurant always infused Oriental elements into their western dishes. This dish was also served with some Chinese vegetables, making it an interesting east meets west combination.

Probably the most disappointing dish for the night since the fish was a bit overcooked. The dry meat was then topped with a lot fo Thai inspired ingredients and wedges of tangerines. The somewhat sour, somewhat savory flavour surprisingly matched but I really hope that the fish could be more tender.

Apple crumble
The apple crumble was cooked in a tart shape, topped with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. We liked that it was not too sweet and it was filled with chunks of fresh apple. While the caramel sauce was all ladies favourite that can go well with anything, literally.

The chestnut cream was held in a tart, topped with fresh whip cream. The richness from the chestnut brought our appetite to the stated stage.
