This shop was recommended by my colleagues who have been living in Tai Kwok Tsui for more than 10 years. He said this one was once very famous and popular. His dad met the owner's dad when he was still having the "Kart Noodle" outside cinema back in 40 years ago. I spent 40 HKD to order 2 noodles, big intestine, black fungus, vegetables and marinated sugar vinegar pork ribs ( as shown in the picture) I would say this "Kart noodles" is way better than average "kart noodles". Particularly the big intestine. It is made out of the fresh intestine and you can see the sauce of making it is always keeping boiling in the bowl. Thats why the intestine was very heavy in taste without any usual smelly taste of big intestine.
The restaurant now is owned and managed by 3 sisters. They are the chef of the restaurant. I highly recommend this to the people living nearby.
