I have tried the Lemon Tart a while ago from this lovely cake shop when it opens this September, and I found it very very nice. The cake from this shop continues to surprise me when I ordered a 6" Madagascar Chocolate Cake last Saturday for my friend's birthday. The appearance is simple but elegant. The appearance is simple but elegant. It got a very smooth texture and strong chocolate flavor. It was slightly sour but able to bring out the richness of the flavour. It is very appetizing but less filling. I really like it.
I am not exaggerating but just can't help to say that the quality is even nicer than those from a 5 stars hotel cake shop with a reasonable price. A 6" Cake only costs me HK $180.
