My last trip to Hong Kong, I stayed near Shatin Wai and I ate at the Sha Tin Dai Pai Dong every morning. I became addicted to their Hong Kong milk tea and had to have a cup every day before embarking on my daily business. It is THAT good! The food is also great tasting and by far, the best value. Must haves on their extensive menu include their pork chop bun, various BBQ'ed meats, and wonton mein w/ chili oil. On my next visit to Hong Kong I will try and attack the other side of their menu
