All items are made to order, thus there is a bit of a wait. The deep fried chicken leg was proclaimed by some past reviewers to be the best in Hong Kong. It was definitely the cheapest as it was only $18. Size was fairly big. It was piping hot as it was freshly fried. Not overly oily. The meat was moist and tender. It had a sweet soy sauce taste so it was marinaded and then fried. A really delicious leg. Boyfriend requested spicy seasoning on top and the staff took the time to season both sides evenly. It was just the right amount to give bit of heat without overpowering the soy sauce marinade. Definitely one of the best fried chicken thighs I've had lately. It was also recommended to try the fried squid. But they have a limited supply so it was sold out. May return if in the area.
