I've never tried any Korean pizza before, so this is my first time! It offers a fluffy Korean fusion pizza that I was a little hesitant about at first, especially the dough flavors like green tea and black rice. I ordered the Gangnam Cowboy pizza, and the toppings were all wonderfully cheesy. It had a hint of sweetness that wasn't cloying. We got the special gold edge crust, and even though the sweet potato cheese may sound unusual but it freaking works well.Another highlight was the honey butte

I ordered the Gangnam Cowboy pizza, and the toppings were all wonderfully cheesy. It had a hint of sweetness that wasn't cloying. We got the special gold edge crust, and even though the sweet potato cheese may sound unusual but it freaking works well.
Another highlight was the honey butter fried chicken. The chicken remained crispy even while we waited for the pizza to arrive, which took about 10-15 minutes! So tender yet so juicy and the honey powder just enhanced the flavor.
We also tried the squid ink seafood risotto, octopus salad, and the Korean crab tian, which were all delicious. Made with fresh ingredients and flavorful seasonings, they were bursting with flavors. Wanna go back again to try their green tea dough and can't wait to dine in again!
我以前從未試過韓國pizza，今次係我第一次食！Pizza maru提供鬆軟嘅韓式fusion pizza，一開始我有d猶豫個味道，尤其係綠茶和黑米等麵團口味。我點了江南牛仔pizza，配料融合大量芝士，帶著一絲甜而不膩的味道。我地哋特別轉左金芝邊，儘管番薯加芝士呢個組合聽起來怪怪，但效果卻非常好。 另一個亮點係蜂蜜牛油炸雞。即使我哋等埋pizza先食，過咗10-15 分鐘雞肉仍然酥脆！嫩滑又多汁，蜂蜜粉增強咗味道。 我哋仲點咗墨魚汁海鮮意大利飯、章魚沙律同韓風蟹肉塔，全部都很美味。採用新鮮食材和美味調味料製成，味道鮮美。好想再次返去試佢哋嘅綠茶麵團餅底，期待再次用餐！
