We took the tickets and have been waiting for 1 hour!So I asked the counter staff when is our tickets number and require him to speak louder ! He said We have to stand close to him !The attitude is a bit unacceptable!This is Japanese restaurant but the service is like in rural area !If this restaurant can improve the training of the staff , as least more polite I think it can give the customer a pleasure eating environment!
