Prince Bakery used to be everywhere but not anymore!There used to be a branch in Sheung Wan but their bakeries just didn't captivate me.It only stands out at TiuKengLeng because there are no other options so you either have to go to well known brands like Arome Bakery, Saint Honore and Maxims etc.As I was still hungry, I decided to try the cakes which costs $15.I got the brown sugar chestnut roll and the strawberry cream cake.Frankly, the strawberry one was over priced because it was just tiny.T

Frankly, the strawberry one was over priced because it was just tiny.
The strawberry cream cake fared much better because the cake was light and the cream was fluffy.
The chestnut roll was too sweet and the cream in the middle was dense and waxy.
