We started with pork scratching and crisps (very crispy )barbeque pork Bun ( nice and cute and taste is traditional) and pork belly with chorizo chickpea stew and squid (spicy )Then the ham hock mac and cheese( this one is a must to order). We tried the spaghetti carbonara the presentation is the same but the taste is differently delicious. Main dish- this one is a must to order Honey & soy mArinated iberico pork with potato. The pork is cook so fine seems you are not eating pork. To conclude 5
