Nha Trang reflects the heritage of Vietnamese cuisine. It serves the food with its refreshing flavours, varied texture and vibrant colours. You will never able to get a table without queuing during lunch and dinner service. There is only 1 reason, the food is outstanding. Beef Pho (5/10)
This rich and flavoursome dish is replicated across the globe, and I believe Nha Trang manage to deliver a really good Beef Pho. Pho was originally a breakfast or snack food, but it has become so popular that it is now eaten throughout the day.
The broth was simple, deep coloured and fragrant, poured over the Pho “think rice noodles and thinly slice beef” – garnished with fresh herbs. The noodles were cooked to perfection, the beef was raw, love it. The broth was full of flavour, what else can a diner ask more?
Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
