I met boyfriend and a couple of our friends after they went hiking for dinner here. Menu is in the form of a check off paper. It's only in Chinese. There is no English menu.
The chicken was pretty good. We ordered a slightly spicy version because I sadly, can't eat spicy but everyone else wanted to so we reached a common ground. The chicken was moist and tender. The sauce was really good as it was slightly spicy in a numbing kind of way but it also had several depths of flavor ranging from sweet to salty. This is quite possibly the best chicken hot pot sauce I've ever had. No wonder it was popular.
We ordered several hotpot items which I forgot to take photos as I was busy eating. I only remembered to take a photo of these balls of beef and squid. All the hotpot items were of really good quality. Notable mention is the fried beancurd rolls.
Wanted to mention this giant glass of ice tea. For $29, you get this HUGE glass of ice tea. It was the size of my hand. It was so big, they put in a whole lemon instead of two or three slices. You can also get lime soda versions as well. Just hilarious.
Not expensive as we totalled about $800. This included several rounds of beer and hot pot items. Would return again.
