Previously dined at Kale when they were in Sheungwan but now they are bigger and better at OLIV located at Sharp Street behind Times Square with gorgeous views of Happy Valley, Crowne Plaza and CWB city.The menu has more choices than before and there are some new shakes which make it difficult to choose because they all sound delicious.For those of you that are not familiar with KALE, Kale is a vegetable with frilly leaves that is high in beta carotene, vitamin K, vitamin C, and rich in calcium.
It contains sulforaphane (particularly when chopped or minced), a chemical with potent anti-cancer properties.
Kale is said to boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells as well as lowering cholesterol and decrease absorption of dietary fat. [citation needed]

I opted for the seared Tuna salad with kale and beetroot.
It was so colourful and the colours of green, ruby red and rosy tuna went together perfectly.
Not only did it look good, the taste was wonderful, the dressing was tangy and punchy which was just the thing for Kale because it needs something strong.
The tuna was seared just right and deliciously tasty with the appetizing beetroot. To finish off, I had the Avocuddle which is a blend of young coconut, dates and avocado. I really liked this because it had my favourite young coconut and avocado and it was sweet, thick and delicious.
