Wanchai has everything except a proper dessert place.Now people can go to Cong Sao Star Dessert which has branched out from Tseung Kwan O.The English name is rather strange because the Chinese is pronounced "Chung So" so it is funny how it ended up as Cong Sao.Anyway, perhaps it is another Chinese dialect that I am not familiar with.Had the Happy paradise which had a bit of everything, the mango was a bit slushy this time but I liked the almond and tea jelly cubes.
