Sushi man is a famous omakase restaurant from Yuen Long.It is so famous that it attracted people who did not eat sushi to go.They are so successful that they now have a branch in Hung Hom for almost a year now!!!I finally tried it recently and not bad for a first visit.As with the usual omakases, you start with the sashimi first and then the sushi.Began with the Chawanmushi which was silky steamed egg topped with delicious salmon roe pearls.The Sashimi section was a wonderful surprise, and my fa

I finally tried it recently and not bad for a first visit.
As with the usual omakases, you start with the sashimi first and then the sushi.Began with the Chawanmushi which was silky steamed egg topped with delicious salmon roe pearls.
The Sashimi section was a wonderful surprise, and my favourites had to be the creamy fish milt in refreshing yuzu sauce.
My next favourite was the Monkfish liver which is like pate that has a velvety texture.
Another star of the show was abalone which is served with liver sauce.The liver sauce is made even more rich by mixing butter in it.
When you have eaten the abalone, the Sushi Master will give you some rice to dip the rest of the liver sauce.
The golden crab was an overload of crabmeat and crabroe!!+++
The Sushi (8 pieces) not in order was a play of the chefs skills in making each piece taste very different but tasty.

Next was the famous sea urchin donburi and nourishing gelatinous fish soup!!!
As a donburi and carbs lover, it was joy eating rice with creamy uni.Finished with Fruits which were sprayed with alcohol to bring out the sweetness.
Definitely impressed on a first visit.
