For KFC food, it should be ‘standard’ so I have no special comments on the food. However, for rice, how come, it is always warm and hard, nearly in every shop. For services in this shop, no matter is breakfast, lunch, tea or dinner, if take-away, it is required to remind the shop staff again and again e.g. ketch-up. Spoons, no ice for soft drinks. Is their hourly payrate the lowest in fast food industry? Maybe! As this shop is located inside Jusco Supermarket, so for breakfast, Jusco Superma

As this shop is located inside Jusco Supermarket, so for breakfast, Jusco Supermarket is open at 08:30, it also starts its business hours. Therefore, the queue is slightly long at the very beginning but it is acceptable.
As we dine-in, so there was no big problems this time.
I asked for more milk for my coffee but it was still quite bitter and not smooth! Strange! Maybe not enough coffee cream! No high expectation, so no more complaints!
The only hope is to improve their service standard in this shop I do not expect nice and cheerful service but only to get all the food /drink ordered correct, if for take-away, they put it nicely ! (I experienced the soft drinks made all the potato slices wet!)
