For starters tried the fried pork chop which was crispy but it was still a bit oily.
Also tried the spring onion sandwich which is trending at the moment.
It was very different and had a piece of butter just like the Pineapple buns in Hong Kong.
Now to the star of the show CHARSIU!! Presentation was fantastic and the roast pork was thinly sliced!
The texture was very different, it was springy with a crunch.
Overall, I felt that it was just another option for food in the area.
