Came here a while ago for buffet.In those days, it was called The Langham hotel but now it is called THE CORDIS.the place is still there serving buffets.Went there and they had a Korean themed buffet.++++Here was the Korean selection they had:Ginseng and chicken soupKorean appetizersKorean soba:topokki wrapped in bacon++++As well as the Korean delights, they had the usual seafood, curries, cheeses, sushi and more.Cheese and miso lobster:fois gras:flame grilled sushi:Cheeseysters:seafood:Korean d

As well as the Korean delights, they had the usual seafood, curries, cheeses, sushi and more. Cheese and miso lobster: fois gras: flame grilled sushi: Cheese: Oysters: seafood: Korean drinks: Movenpick icecream: Charcoal waffles: pon da ring inspired chocolate mousse cake: White sesame pebble cake: Coconut sago and mango: Started off the buffet with leaf tea. Then we had freshly opened oysters. The congee was sweet and tasty with fresh crab. Next I had the cheesy miso lobster and foie gras paired with fruit jams. For mains, I got my favourite curries and potatoes.
The potatoes were really good because they were soft and well flavoured. Tried the Korean ginseng and chicken soup which had a strong ginseng taste that had a bitter touch to it. Desserts: The white sesame pebble was quite an unusual dessert which has a strong white sesame taste. The chocolate mousse cake was my favourite because the chocolate mousse was silky and smooth.
