Toyosu Suisan has been a success since they opened with fresh ingredients imported from Japan.Now there is a second branch in Yau Ma Tei conveniently located near the MTR exit.I attended the opening in mid Jan where they kicked off with a drum performance and preparation of a whole Maguro which was served that day. After watching the performance, I went upstairs and had the Flying Maguro bowl with soup. It was just simply delicious because all the ingredients were fresh with diced cucumbers

It was just simply delicious because all the ingredients were fresh with diced cucumbers, fresh yam, abalone, maguro, prawn, salmon roe and egg.The salmon roe was just amazing and bursts in your mouth with saltiness.
I was surprised they also throw in the abalone liver and the size is quite big in comparison to the abalone.
Last but not least was the soup which was rich in flavour.You are supposed to drink the soup first but I prefer to eat first as the soup fills my stomach.
