Wonton noodles are a classic Cantonese dish. It may be simple, but it's far from it. There's a lot of work that goes into making this simple dish. Everything from the noodles to soup. As I live near Causeway Bay, I decided to try them out for lunch one day. They are located on the second floor so you need to go up a flight of stairs. Menu is in Chinese but English is available upon request. There is a 10% service charge. Seating is spacious and fairly comfortable. There really wasn't a need to share a table with strangers.
Wonton Noodles ($38). The bowl of noodles came with four wontons. The soup was a clear broth that had a strong taste of dried shrimp and fish. There was sprinkle of crunchy garlic chives.
