Sorrrrryyyyyyyy! I am late!!! This year I was celebrating the Christmas with my highschool buddies!On 25/12, I guess all the restaurants were filled with people! We wanted to book a table in 牛涮鍋 at the beginning. But I was so sick of their limited choices of food...(they tasted good with the ice cream XD but I wanna try something new!)We went to CWB. On 25/12, I guess all the restaurants were filled with people! We wanted to book a table in 牛涮鍋 at the beginning.
But I was so sick of their limited choices of food...(they tasted good with the ice cream XD but I wanna try something new!)
We went to CWB. C exit and went to this 'teahouse'.
After my friends got seats, they had to choose the sauce first, with garlic, soy sauce, spring onions, many choices...
But the bill actually charged us with the fees of 'Sauce'. I don't know if we can skip this part.
We waited for 15 minutes before the first batch of food gradually arrived.This should be improved.
Boys ordered many meat!!!!!! The delivery speed was quick after that 15 minutes of slow exposure to hunger!
Beef tasted SOSO~acceptable but they will not be very fat. Lean plus fat was OK!
We ordered mushrooms, vegies, and dumplings etc..
They provided us with quite a lot of vegies in each basket in which I appreciated.
But the dumplings came with only 4 each time. Personally I am a dumplings lover.
I hope they can provide more ^_^ !
Our food appeared to have hindered the road >.<!One dish I must mention is the lunch pork meat!
I know this is not a specialized dish in this teahouse. But it comes incredible in Hotpot
Please DO TRY next time! Boiling lunch pork is better than pan-frying it !
One other point I want to praise this teahouse was about the service.Waiters were very attentive to my needs actually. I was sick on that day and needed hot water.
I ordered hot water for 3 times and they still responded to me very quickly and they said 'you are welcome' after I said 'thank you'. Courtesy is something I treasure quite a lot in a dining experience. I know Christmas is a bust season and waiters have all the excuses to ignore the customers but they didn't .I guess they worked for this teahouse for long too coz they didn't look young! But I will definitely recommend this to my friends again.
I got a great seat watching 鍾嘉欣at that time! So addicted to her!
