The whole baguette was filled with cod roe

LY Bakery is most famous for its Ice Buns but they aren't available at this new store yet at Yuen Long.  I decided to try their Cod Roe Baguette and was totally surprised. There was already quite a lot of cod roe spread of the top and I saw there was some cod roe fillings but that was only the tip of the ice berg. The whole baguette was filled with cod roe spread. Moreover, it was not too salty like some cod roe. Can't wait to try the Ice Buns when they are available.
