SUPER BAD experience FLY ON THE DISHI have been to different branch restaurants before and this store for a few times. Well, after thirty minutes, in a meat container, we found a huge FLY. We only realized when we were about to finish that one. UHHHHHWe called the waiter who came, said sorry, took it from us. And she never came back again ??!!!After a few minutes, we had to ask another waiter, showed him the picture and question why nobody followed up with us in any way. He apologised for that a

I have been to different branch restaurants before and this store for a few times.
Well, after thirty minutes, in a meat container, we found a huge FLY.
We only realized when we were about to finish that one. UHHHHH
We called the waiter who came, said sorry, took it from us. And she never came back again ??!!!
After a few minutes, we had to ask another waiter, showed him the picture and question why nobody followed up with us in any way.
He apologised for that and offered to change the pot ONLY.
We asked that he helped change all the Plate, bowl, tableware.
Then he offered to give us 10 more minutes. 10 more minutes ONLY.
In the new bowl brought to us, we found a another tiny insect AGAIN. The bill did come very fast and on time.
What we, or most people expect, a waiter in a restaurant who are presented with this problem, should apologize profusely and deal with it immediately, make sure the guest doesn’t pay for a single thing or get a discount at least.
I don’t understand how the second waiter viewed 10 more minutes as a compensation for a huge fly.
Not only that, the first waitress did not even follow up with us. She took the plate away and that was it. She never even came back.
From how they responded, I know that they are definitely NOT taking the problem seriously and based on this huge fly and another insect we saw, there are likely to be more.
To sum up, we know two things missing from this store, customer service and good pest control. The hotpot store you should NEVER go.
