The worst place for birthday ever

It was a friend's birthday night - we agreed to handing over the table in 2 hours before sitting down. The waitress has reminded us more than 3 times within an hour with a ridiculous attitude. The food did not arrive until an hour, and they even asked us to pay the bill before any food has arrived.WORST PART - it was a surprise party, but when we were finished with the food, the waitress simply threw the cake on our table. The food did not arrive until an hour, and they even asked us to pay the bill before any food has arrived.WORST PART - it was a surprise party, but when we were finished with the food, the waitress simply threw the cake on our table. RIDICULOUS PLACE -- if we were notified that the place does not have the capacity to serve us we would happily find another option, but treating customers like this is simply not acceptable. I really dont understand why there would be reviews saying the staffs are friendly.
To be fair, the food is okay, but the ppl simply suck
