the scone was hard n dry, it crumbled even when I spreaded the clotted cream on it and it fell apart all over the place....when I informed the waitress and later the manager about the situation, they both claimed that the scone there is like that and just tried to convince me that there's no problem of their food....it really doesn't match my expectation with this famous brand
