the worst service I have had

I went to this restaurant to have breakfast this morning. I ordered the food and waited for 15 mins but the food was still not coming so I asked a waitress and she didn't even say a word but turned away. I was even not given a glass of water yet. Then another waiter came and he thought I wanted to have the bill. I told him that I waited for 25 mins already and nothing had come yet and again, he turned away without a word. so I left the restaurant. the waiters saw me leaving but they still

I told him that I waited for 25 mins already and nothing had come yet and again, he turned away without a word. so I left the restaurant. the waiters saw me leaving but they still didn't say a word even they saw me. I don't mind they miss the order but I do mind their manner. no sorry and not even a word. What kind of service it is!!!!!!!!
