There are better restaurants out there

Very confused why this restaurant was awarded a Michelin? The food was average and missing the "wow" factor one would expect from an award-winning restaurant. The portion size was small;admitedly we could have ordered more...but why would you when you know money could be better spent elsewhere? The entire experience was made worst by an ill-mannered manager (?) who sounded like an angry waiter in a local cha chaan teng and not what you'd expect from a full service and up scale eatery. Overall, a mid-week disappointment that left us wanting (no) more.
