The Big Bite (已結業)

Their point of sale system broke and they refused to take orders despite 3 people behind the counter who could have cooked. They had no sign on the door saying they were closed and they didn't inform food delivery services they were closed so people continued to stream through the door and call and have their expectations shattered as they were turned away. The food is fairly good when I've been here before but this was an extremely poor experience on behalf of their staff on March 31.
