Christmas is just around the corner! I chose aqua again because they have nice view and tasty food. Unfortunately, this time I was not able to sit by the window because they increase the spending to $900 per person. Whereas before it was $500 per person. There was only one type of bread in the bread basket today. It was very crunchy.
The tempuras were very nice, the ingredients were fresh and the coating was thin and crispy.
The yellowtails were so good, it was fresh and sweet. The texture was soft with a bit of crunch. The seaweed underneath was yummy, we finished all of it.
The dumpling was so-so as it didn’t have any “Wow” taste.
The beef was amazingly good! It was cooked perfectly, the texture was tender and juicy. It tasted very good on its own already but the sauce definitely made it even better.
The sea bass was nice as well, the sauce was quite special as it tasted minty. The texture of the sea bass was soft.
The risotto was delicious! It was cheesy and cheesy! The mushroom tasted like it was from the wild, it was soft and easy to chew. The asparagus was crunchy and greenly.
We were amazed by the desserts. We ordered the five types, tiramisu, chocolate lava, two types of ice cream and a cream brûlée. The tiramisu was so yummy, it was soft and the texture was wonderful, there was a bit of hazelnut flavour. The chocolate lava cake was also very yummy, the cake was soft with warm chocolate leaking out. The cream brûlée was eggy and tasty. The two ice cream were sweet and creamy.
