Passed by Queen Sophie in the afternoon and noticed the Spinach Ricotta lattice.I did not rush to buy it because most people in the area are locals.Returned at 9pm and there were still plenty of them so I got one to try.On first bite it was a little bit sweet because there was some sugar on it from the pastry tongs that were used to pick up other pastries.On second bite, all I could taste pastry and not much of the filling.It was totally Hongkie style where you get 25% filling and 75% pastry.The

The pastry base was so thick that I was able to rip the base off leaving a substantial layer that covered the filling.

Taking a third bite without the thick base, I could finally taste the spinach but not much Ricotta.
I suppose if the Ricotta was any stronger, the locals wouldn't like it which defeats the purpose of serving this as the locals won't buy it so they might as well just serve the spinach lattice.
