This is a small eatery at a quiet corner of Causeway bay. We had to queue to get in but didn’t take long.I ordered tonkotsu ramen with Shrimp soup flavour.The shrimp soup was rich and creamy ! The noodle was well prepared and and the egg was absolutely to die for! The "pork bone-broth" was tender and flavoursome .The dumplings were yummy. I tried it was juicy and tasty. the services was also fine.All of this was up to Japan standards.We will definitely come back for its ramen again!
