I was excited as soon as I walked in. This place brought me back to the 80s Hong Kong "Dai Pai Dong" food stall environment. I loved the ambience here, so nostalgic yet modern and clean, with such a creative menu. Creative not just the name of food, and its cooking method and presentation as well! I was excited as soon as I walked in. This place brought me back to the 80s Hong Kong "Dai Pai Dong" food stall environment. I loved the ambience here, so nostalgic yet modern and clean, with such a creative menu. Creative not just the name of food, and its cooking method and presentation as well! 李小龍蝦 Roasted Lobster Tail – 李小龍, Chinese name of Bruce Lee. 龍蝦, lobster. Just playing with words I guess, but it's fun. What I did not expect was the crispy steamed bun and condensed milk foam, to come with this dish. They were amazing by the way. Buns were crispy on the outside and so soft and warm inside, dipped with the foam. Mmmm.... brought back childhood memories, and tasted better! Lobster was fresh and sweet, went very well with black pepper sauce too.

雞全部都係雞 Crispy Chicken – 雞全部都係雞, simply means all chicken, in a funny way. Some local Hongkongers played that line in a song before, and now people just say that. Haha... All kinds of fried chicken need a nice sauce to go with, agree? This one here was served with honey wasabi mayo and it's stimulating; perfect with these juicy and tender chicken pieces.
