Passed by the Hummingbird the other night, loved the decor and the reviews at the Openrice were quite good. Today around 10 PM I wanted to go in, the staff was inside chatting near the bar counter, there was no "Closed" sign or anything, the lights were on - in the kitchen as well, no people inside though.
