I have given this Pizzahut another chance after the renovation. Thought it would be better, but soon after the food were delivered to my table, I knew I was very WRONG!Don't even want to get into the details of how disappointing seeing one small piece of chicken fillet on the Chicken Pasta with Tomato Sauce with way too much sauce & pasta; how little seafood on the Baked Seafood Rice;and how there were no metal spoons for soup/rice and they encourage diners to use plastic spoons (the reason bein

Don't even want to get into the details of how disappointing seeing one small piece of chicken fillet on the Chicken Pasta with Tomato Sauce with way too much sauce & pasta;
how little seafood on the Baked Seafood Rice;
and how there were no metal spoons for soup/rice and they encourage diners to use plastic spoons (the reason being: they couldn't wash the spoons fast enough! which is kind of ridiculous.)
Also, what's with using the plastic cup for cold drink and plastic bowl for soup?! I chose to dine in just because I tried not to use plastic bowl and cutlery!!!!
The most disappointing thing is........after ordering a mini pizza, we added a $49 add-on item.
4 or 6 food items were listed and It was not very clearly stated that customers are to choose either option.
Therefore, we thought $49 would be quite worth it.
It would be nice to have the counter staff to clarify there are a few options and confirm which items we wish to have.
Then it turned out $49 was FOR 4 PIECES OF SALTY CHICKEN STRIPS & 4 PIECES OF POTATO GRIDS!!
Not everyone / everything deserves a second chance.
