I was shopping in Sham Shui Po for some electronic gadgets and today was my nephew's birthday as well, so i decided to buy a cake for him. Since i happen to be around this vicinity and heard that there is a very famous cake shop, i decided to open my Openrice app to check the location. The shop is situated near the exit connecting the overhead bridge and is easily recognised by its yellowish bright storefront.All the cake items are easily displayed on the cooler front. All the cake items are easily displayed on the cooler front. They sell mainly cream puff, cake roll and cheese cake. Since their most popular strawberry cheese cake is out of production, i decided to go for Belgium Chocolate cheese cake. The shop helper is very considerate to ask me how long will it take me to reach home. If i am going to reach home at least 3 hours later, she will place dry ice inside to prevent it from melting.
When i opened the box, i thought that the shop owner is very thoughtful about his customer. There is paper plates, plastic forks and knifes inside the box for customers to use. There is also instructions for us to follow on how to eat. As recommended, i waited for 20 mins for the cake to de-freeze from the fridge before serving.
As a chocolate lover myself, i feel that the chocolate is not sufficient, overwhelmed by the cheese. Personally, if you are a cheese lover, you will like it. 張貼
