Awarded up to 3 Michelin Stars, the restaurant was founded in 1969 focusing on top quality Guangdong cuisine.Shark’s fin is one of their signature dishes, which is served in a clay pot to maintain it’s temperature. For extra flavour, add a few drops of Jinhua ham juice but beware not to add too much because it is very concentrated.
