Times have changed! Tai On Building used to be like the slums of East Hong Kong with small yet affordable eateries.Shockingly, Tiger Sugar have a shop there either upgrading the status of Tai On Building or degrading itself!As there was no queue, I decided to try it.It must be easier than before getting the Tiger Sugar franchise as it is just popping all over the place.After shaking it vigorously to mix the brown sugar and milk, it was ready to drink.The milk and brown sugar was a perfect balanc

After shaking it vigorously to mix the brown sugar and milk, it was ready to drink.
The milk and brown sugar was a perfect balance and you can taste the fragrant brown sugar.
The pearls were soft and chewy.
