Tin Lok Bakery started off in Sheung Wan and Wan Chai.Now they have a shop in Quarry Bay.Tried the pandan cake which was dry and tasteless with dehydrated edges.There was no pandan taste but a strong coconut flavour.A bit overpriced since it didn't taste good.
