#回家湘newly open china resto. it enter hk in may 24, picking here to be first branch office. not a good choice of location, the place isnt very populate with people. many west food were closed before this move in, the place is big, new, renting must be high, but lunch time at fathers day is only 1/4 of full seats. i think they can do it long. perhaps will be closing the end of 2024. hope it survive.why i choose eat here becaus i dont want to travel a long time to go china zhenzhun to eat. causing

why i choose eat here becaus i dont want to travel a long time to go china zhenzhun to eat. causing me 2 hr of mtr and 60$ fee. if i eating here in hk. the mtr fee can compensate tge cost diff of eating in china.
we order 3 dishes.
1. fries beef, the little spicy is too spicy... i cant really taste it. the beef is over cooked obviously. taste like shoes.
2. sour fish cut spicy. the taste is normal. not super good. i think china 太二， 魚魚魚 done a better. so fair price with 78$~
3. salt oven chicken. very traditional taste good. 88% with price, near 100$ for half chicken. its acceptable not cheap i can tell.
overall taste fair. they emphasis not pre-prepared dish, i think its lie. all the fish and chicken must be frozen, pre-made. they cant freshly import and make the dish. and i didnt see any fish tank inside.
they lied about it.
